Kai Christian Buhofer: Founding Partner
Throughout his international investment banking career which spanned over 20 years in Switzerland, Singapore and London, he has built up an extensive high level business network across Europe and Colombia. At Bank Boston, he was in charge of all Latin America Fixed Income Sales for Germany, Switzerland and France, which enabled him to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Latin regional markets. His last position was Head of Fixed Income Advisory of Switzerland at BNP Paribas in London. Kai is a Swiss national and speaks fluent German, English, French and Spanish
Marlid Duque: Founding Partner
Marlid started her career in Colombia as an entrepreneur and ran a large scale event management company. In London, where she spent 13 years, she worked in wholesale banking, Corporate Finance and in the M&A sector as a financial analyst, financial planner and Associate Director for firms such as Bank Boston/Bank of America, Pirelli and Standard Chartered Bank. In 2009, she decided to build her own business by developing investment opportunities in Colombia through a small portfolio of SME financing and real estate investments. Marlid is an economist and holds an MBA from Cass Business School, London. Marlid is Colombian/ British national and speaks fluent Spanish and English.
